On September 27, 1994 Intuit bought a program called MoneyCounts from Parsons Technology for $64 Million. Intuit changed the name of MoneyCounts to QuickBooks and made an exceptionally viable Unique Selling Proposition "You can set aside some cash by doing your own accounting". That USP brought about Intuit catching practically 85% of the independent venture advertise. Bookkeepers were no aficionados of this incredibly famous programming program for a few exceptionally legitimate reasons.
